Description:
Massive incrusting, often underneath coral blocks. Surface smooth to rough. Oscules few in number, fairly large (4 mm). Consistency rather tough, but compressible.

Color:
Orange, yellow or yellow-green; white to transparent around the oscules.

Habitat:
Incrusting undersides of corals and calcareous worm tubes in reefs and lagoons.

Distribution:
From Cuba to Venezuela.
